Anonymous asked: I've been on the pill for over two years and I can't imagine ever going off it. My periods have gone from 7 days of heavy bleeding to 3 days of barely nothing. The peace of mind I have in my relationships is also very comforting. I'm 18 and I'm not ready for a baby. I didn't have any of the side effects anyone else has mentioned. For reference, I've been on Alesse and...

Anonymous asked: I just recently got on the pill and I was horrible about taking it every day. I started when I was on my period (as I was instructed) and because I kept missing day after day I just never stopped my period. It was horrible. However, once I got back on schedule finally, I'm perfectly fine. I haven't even noticed any bloating or mood changes!
Anonymous asked: As for your question about what type of birth control is best: use both! protect yourself from pregnancy and stds :)
Anonymous asked: Im on the Nuvaring Ive tried the pill and depo shot before and both made me overly emotional so I decided to give the ring a try and it was by far the best birth control method for me at first I got mild headaches but after two months I had no symptoms from it. I'd recommend it, but honestly each person is different so you just have to find out which one works best with you.
likethefirstcigaretteoftheday asked: I'd say get the implant. It makes you far less emotional than the pill, and has made my skin quite a bit better. I got a few stomach cramps in the first week or two that i wouldn't normally get, but two months in its side effect free, and the best thing... Don't have to remember it every morning :D
